Your dog's first holiday with us

Prior to booking your reservation, a consultastion visit will be required. We will need the following forms completed and signed at that meeting. Please contact us first to check availability and to arrange a mutually convenient consulation time.

Then, click on this link MH Info Sheet.doc to download our "Booking & Information Sheet." You can hand-write or type it.

Our Terms and Conditions are on a separate page (click on the link button above) you can also download them here. Just a signature block needs completing.

Complete and sign these two documents. We will require signed copies of both before your dog starts his/her stay with us. Either scan and email them or bring them with you to the consultation visit.

Return Guests

If your dog has stayed with us before and you wish to book a return visit, please click on this link MH Booling Form for Return Visits.doc However if any of the details about your dog's feeding regime, behaviour or anyrhing we should know about has changed, please complete the above "info sheet and booking form instead. If your last reservation was more than two years ago use that first form too.
