A message from Beth, Buster the Staffy's owner - he stays with us one or two days per week while she works:- “I never worry when my dog is at the Mutt House. They are expert dog carers and I highly recommend them to every dog owner. He is very happy to go there and is always relaxed, refreshed and content when he returns home. They are always reliable and available with advice and support. A safe home environment and excellent walks in the countryside." |

An email received from Amy, the owner of a Border Terrier who had his first visit with us the weekend of 31st July 2010 :- “Hi Just wanted to thank you both for taking such good care of Bullseye this weekend. It was such a relief to go away and know he was in such good hands. Also thanks for the photos, they are pride of place on the fridge! See you again soon” (Sadly Amy lost little Bullseye later that year. He was a super little guest and we were so sad to hear this) |

Alison sent this lovely email after her Great Dane Nellie had her first stay with us in February 2011 :- “ We would like to thank both of you very much for taking such good care of Nellie whilst we were away, it's good to know that she was staying in a good home. Next time we are away we won't worry about her so much. Thank you for letting her sleep on your sofa and treating her as we do, as part of the family. We have already recommended you to other dog owners. Thanks again," Brian and Alison. |

Carla and Joe emailed us after their holiday in Tenerife:- Hi Colin and Nicky Huge THANK YOU again for looking after Nelly and Arthur so well. They obviously had a brilliant time with you both! They have hardly moved all day! We will have no hesitation in recommending you to all our friends with 4 legged family members, we enjoyed our holiday so much more knowing they were in such good, experienced hands!
Will be checking your availability at the Mutthouse before we book our next holiday!

Lesley was afraid to leave Ben and Baxter with anyone except her sister. This is what she wrote to us after their stay here in April 2011 :- “ Finally I can happily leave my dogs somewhere and go on holiday without a worry. |

David and Sarah took the trouble to write to us after we had Indie for a trial day. They were clearly happy as they book her for a furhter fortnight just two weeks later! “ Dear Colin and Nicky Many thanks for looking after Indie last weekend. She must have enjoyed it as she slept for the rest of the week! We find it hard to conmtemplate putting her into boardig kennels as her previous owners left her after they went on holiday, not collecting her. What you have is great and we both feel happy that someone is taking the time and effort to look after her. Many thanks. David and Sarah |

Tilly came for her first stay in September. Her owner, Amanda, had rescued her and was unsure how she would be with other dogs. Amanda kindly sent this email a few days later:- “ I adopted Tilly 5 months ago, from the Ark, she came with some baggage that's for sure. Being 45Kg and a dogue de bordeaux (turner & hooch fame) she's a big girl with a big bark. It was stated that she had social issues with other dogs/animals. Trying to find a company who would take Tilly (for holidays) was proving really difficult. I came across the Mutt house on google, sent an email being totally honest about Tilly and the potential risks and hazards. |
